Par-fect Salon Sunday

Nothing could be finer than to be in Arizona on a crisp, fall afternoon except maybe a dash of pampering to support a worthy cause. Head over to Par Exsalonce Salon & Day Spa on Market Street at DC Ranch on Sunday, Oct. 22, 4-7 p.m. for “A Par-fect Salon Sunday.” Take in the gorgeous new salon and spa while enjoying mini spa services, food, drinks and music by Soul Survivors, a group of singers, all of whom have survived breast cancer or are close to someone who has. The cost is $35 and all proceeds benefit Sing for Life Breast Cancer Assoc. of Arizona, a non-profit organization that assists breast cancer patients and their families. Spa services are first-come, first-served and include mini massage, body treatments, makeup, hair fluff or polish change. Spanish-style tapas provided by Sol y Sambra and desserts and coffee by Wicked Bakery of Phoenix. As part of the fundraising efforts, Scarpe ladies shoe boutique will donate a percentage of its sales on Saturday, Oct. 21 and Sunday, Oct. 22 to Sing for Life. Spa, sip, shop and show your support!
