Full disclosure – I’m a lipstick snob. I’ve tried every brand from high-end to drugstore, lip stain to lip gloss, plumper to liner. I can tell you which brands have the best color, lasting power and hydration. But, for reasons unknown, philosophy’s makeup line has never been on my radar.
