Massage on the Mind: Places to De-Stress

Massage on the Mind: Places to De-Stress

I don't know how many times lately I've been asked about where to go to get a good massage. And because a "good massage" is about as subjective as a "good haircut," I often hesitate to answer. But for a list of just some of my favorites, pick up today's Arizona Republic for a story in YES on "Massages to Keep You Merry." Or, read the story online. If you're not in the Valley area, check for a Massage Envy near you where at any one of the 700 locations nationwide, your first massage is just $39. Whatever you do, don't let the holiday stress get to ya. Even if it's just a trip to the nail salon for a foot rubdown (have you been to Sundrops Nail Spot in Phoenix yet? So cute!), take time this holiday season to slow down and smell the lavender. Search for more massage and relaxation spots in your neighborhood on our Find Page or a discount on spa and salon services on our Specials Page.
